What constitutes commercial use?
Any use from which you will generate profit, real or in online currency of any form.
If you wanna use the illustration for commercial sale or profit of any kind, you must let me know because I still hold the copyright of all that I draw. The cost of this copyright depends on what you're gonna use it for and how much copyright you need (like full rights to resale or partial rights to put in a commercial game etc).
There are two price tiers:
- - 2x price, if the artwork commissioned is not the bulk of the product (like promotional material, CD or book cover, game assets, social media artwork, etc.)
- - 4x price, if the artwork commissioned is the bulk of the product (body pillow, postcard, merchandise, etc.)
